I have to wait 2 days and till wiating for new password sent to my account.

I have around 30 domains there at http://mara170270.myorderbox.com which you may know that he/she is reseller of publicdomainregistry.com. 2 days ago, i login to my account and it said “your pssword is expired, new password will be sent to your email”. After a day, see no email. I tried to reocver the password. Then wht it said:

But so far no new password sent to my email.
I wrote to support but no answers.
Make a support ticket at publicdomainregistry.com (30minutes ago) and waiting.
I am worrying that all my domains will gone. I will update the situation here and ask some friend from twiter
